Blogs i write are mostly related to OSRC in one way or another, may it be a user manual, tutorial or something interesting for the reader. Since i developed the OSRC system, naturally writing information about it is my main priority. However now and then i do tend to write my own thoughts about other topics, related to technology.

what-suits-you.jpgDue to the modular nature of OSRC, the possibilities while combining different modules, become endless. Each module has its purpose and can add features related to many different fields. Sometimes the operator may need additional switches, other times additional data may be required. If just flying for pleasure, an advanced computing unit with a color display may not be needed, while flying with an FPV setup, the additional control of a camera or Real-Time video preview can be achieved. You may already have a set of traditional receiver units which are integrated into your model and just need a reliable control unit to go with it, adding all the great advantages that OSRC can offer. In all cases, the user can change one module for another, maintaining the ability to cover all possible scenarios and at the same time build a rich collection of hardware upgrades for the OSRC control system. Below you can see different applications in which each module can help the operator.

Have been working with electronics for as long as i can remember. Always enjoyed making something new and having the pleasure of seeing it work at the end. One of my latest and i must say, greatest creations is OSRC - Open Source Remote Control. Finally i can work on a single project, devote my full attention towards it and improve it as much as possible, with help from the RC and general Open Source community.

Where are things ? The printer was funded ? . Being built ? New over all design of the unit itself ?
How do you see the next year unfold ?

Kevin,

Great work. beautiful design.
Cannot wait for it to show up in the mail.
